DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2025: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released a massive recruitment notification (Advertisement No. 06/2025) for teaching posts within the Directorate of Education and NDMC, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

This is a golden opportunity for trained graduates as a total of 5346 vacancies have been announced for the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in various subjects (Maths, English, Social Science, Natural Science, Hindi, etc.) and Drawing Teacher.

Eligible candidates who have a B.Ed. degree and have qualified the CTET exam can apply online. The online application process begins on October 9, 2025, and the last date to submit the application is November 7, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 07/11/2025)

Age Limit:

• Not exceeding 30 years.
• Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) will be applicable as per government rules.

Essential Qualification (For TGT Posts):

To apply for any TGT subject post, you must have all three of the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s) in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks. The subject must have been studied for at least 2 years.
2. B.Ed: A degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university.
3. CTET Passed: Must have qualified the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II, conducted by CBSE.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Pay Scale: ₹ 44,900 – 1,42,400/-
• Pay Level: Pay Level 7 (Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted)

Selection Process (Exam Scheme)

The selection will be based on a One-Tier Computer Based Test (CBT).

• Negative Marking: Yes (0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer).

• Section-A (100 Marks):
  1. General Awareness (20 Marks)
  2. General Intelligence & Reasoning (20 Marks)
  3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability (20 Marks)
  4. Hindi Language & Comprehension (20 Marks)
  5. English Language & Comprehension (20 Marks)
• Section-B (100 Marks):
  1. MCQs of the subject concerned (e.g., Maths, English, Science) including questions on teaching methodology/B.Ed.

The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks of both Section-A and Section-B.
